Play, Keep or Wood Chipper?

i might play the 70s one, and chip the 60s but could really go either way. definitely keep the bass vi

Most of us have multiple guitars but most do not have a bass. None of us has a bass IV to my knowledge. The replies make sense.

i got a pile of guitars, i do own a bass, and a baritone, but the bass vi is a cool different thing! agree it makes a lot of sense thats the we would all keep

If I was going to get a Bass VI type of thing, I'd probably get one of the older Ibanez crossover things with parallel frets, if I could find it. I didn't get on with it years ago, because it was neither the bass I wanted it to be or a big low guitar, but I think I have a better sense of what I would use it for now.

The whammy bar on the Fender is cool though.

I'd certainly keep the blue LP...honey gets played, and the terrible ergonomics and neck pickup sound gets the SG chipped.

I would keep the Honey LP
Play the 50's Blueburst
The SG that looks like a movie prop would have to go

Keep the SG - Not an SG guy, but I really dig the vibe.
Play there Honey - because I bet it's sweet.
Chip The Blueberry - I've seen better, as GS said...

chip the sg
play the honey
keep the blue

i prefer a 50s neck and i already have a lp close to the honey color. i like the sg color but dont need one

play the SG, have an SG, just want to hear what that one sounds like
keep the 60s, Grover tuners, thin neck
chip the 50s, keystones, thick neck

Do we have to chip any of them when some foo will pay a still ridiculous price for a used Gibson?

(The SG is the least impressive visually.)

You can't chip 'em all!

Keep the Kaizen.

Play the May.

Chip the Wylde. Playing a production guitar with all those cosmetic doodads is like buying a ready made "battle jacket" with all the patches already sewn on. Poser central.
