our bands website is myspace.com/revolutionband07 please go there and check out the song entitled "original INSTRUMENTAL", theres a cover of Enter Sandman, but disregard that, we want to hear your opinions only on "original INSTRUMENTAL", my friend the rhythm guitarist introduced that song and we worked it out in about 30 minutes, so it was the first time we had ever played it, and also our first composition, we want to hear what you think. all comments welcome, thank you

As a composition it's a little limited, some nice bits of guitar playing on the firts solo mind, very Toni Iomi at times.

Other than that you repeat the same five chords and do very little with them.

Some vocals over the top could make all the difference, but as an instrumental it just doesn't do anything.

Okay..The song structure is great actually.But the same tone is just boring for an instrumental song!
The drums are too "basic" and you need to go with more feeling in it!
But the playing is solid ,the melodies are nice..Good idea to improve!

it sounds like a start. a lot more needs to be done for this to stand up as an instrumental piece. even if you add vocals eventually, it would be a good idea to flesh out the song structure some more.

Yeah, it does not have enough dynamics and changes to be an instrumental. But !!! its a great rough draft for a song, I think you need some good melodies and lyrics that will fit the melncholic vibe of the clean parts. Very 70s Scorpions to me, which is great. But more practice and changes, hint, talk to your drummer.
