Sounds very Industrial. If it's your aim, that's fine and sounds right. But if you aim for a Rock sound, this is too castrated. No real bass content. Too compressed, and no dynamics.
It's a boxy sound. I like the concept BTW, I just criticize the tone.
Oh, and when you play single notes , you need a bit of finger vibrato to add some life.

we weren't really going for anything in particular, my friend and i came up with it off the tops of our heads and decided to see where it went.
i like some parts of it, but we will probably tear it to pieces and re-do many times over.
as for the tone, i only have my fuzz face clone right now, still waiting for my sd-1 to be finished modding. i really dont care for the fuzz on the rhythm parts, but its all i had.
i will re-post when we polish it up a bit. there's only 2 of us playing so its a slow process.

I hear the bass clearly, but the overall mix needs more low frequencies. Even the bass lacks fundamental frequencies. It's like a Phone speaker sound.
I listen with professional recording monitor headphones. And I mix all my songs with those, so I hear enough Bass
I am curious how it's going to come out when you re-record it.

we really just screw around in our spare time. i play more acoustic stuff that sounds nothing like what you hear here. sometimes i think i should just get rid of everything except my #1, which is a yamaha fg730s acoustic.

it's the drums that make it sound like that, but nothing wrong with ministry or your drums I say. might be fun to try some distorted type vox over it (doesn't really require a singer's talent, hehe).
