I tried to watch it again, because I couldn't remember how much I thought it sucked.

Its one of those Epiphone So-cal amps with a Marshall sticker on it.

That was my first thought, but it's not. The dial count and placement is off.
The control plate looks to be silver and it has silver tipped Marshall dials, so I thought maybe it's was a Jubilee variant but again, dial count and placement is off. Not a Granger either.

It is in a Marshall headshell though, and the logo is from a Marshall bass amp.
It's probably a custom made Marshall clone by a local builder they know or found.
