It looks like it might be an old Kay . If so, the p'up and pots are probably a lter addition.

...segmented f-holes look like a Harmony/Silvertone, but the headstock badge looks like a 60's Kay. Probably had a P13 or a Kessel pu in it originally...and the Venetian cutaway is more like a 60's Kay.

There's a real quick shot of the headstock that shows the old Kay "Kelvenator" style logo. I've got a Silvertone in the shop that looks exactly like it, but with 3 pickups. My boss has one with 2, and a good friend has another with 1 pickup, so my guess is that it's the old Kay/Silvertone with a P-90 put in.
