Possible trade jazz neck

I'm considering changing the neck pickup in my explorer. It has a jazz in it right now, and I think I want to go for something else. Maybe a full shred. I have an alt 8 in the bridge and I've heard the full shred pairs well. The pickup is gold covered, I removed the cover but will include it. I'd like to do an even swap on something. Let me know what you are willing to trade.

Just a heads up, others have said the Jazz and the Full Shred neck do sound similar with the main difference being the Full Shred neck has hex poles and the Jazz the traditional slug/screw combo.

Hmm. I hadn't heard that. The jazz is brighter than I want in that guitar. I was only thinking the full shred cause I had heard alot about it and I know opeth used a set And I really like their tones. I'll consider other stuff too.
