Post your current GAS

Re: Post your current GAS

A Fulltone Deluxe Clyde! I gotta get one!

And an old marshall basketweave quad loaded with g12h30s for my komet ;)

Re: Post your current GAS

Thinking about selling my rack effects and getting a Line6 Echo Pro and Mod Pro. I really like the Line6 effects. They have come a long way.

Re: Post your current GAS

Atomic Reactor 112
Some sort of Loop recorder thing
A Roland guitar synth type thing
And a whole long list of guitars....

Re: Post your current GAS

I want some more pedals:
Boss Delay pedal (not sure which one)
Boss Tuner (I'm tired of my little cheap tuner, and might need a better one if I'm going to be in a band)

Also, I want a new guitar. I'm thinking either an ESP EC-400 or the EC-1000. I want a Les Paul style guitar, not really worried if its a Les Paul, usless of course I find a good deal on one.

Re: Post your current GAS

i'm really g.a.s.sin for the "TeleHoss" that JohnJohn is building for me...
specs: in his words
"tele shape with 335 chambers and F-holes,an arched bach,(not exactly like but in the vein of),Moore guitars,a back body bevel-long like a Strat but tapered and a little deeper like a PRS.
For the top arch I was going to curve the bottom like a Moore and bevel the top in a Gibson/PRS cross.Plus we'll be doing Flamed maple binding like Anderson/Shecter and PRS,with the input jack like a Moore but angled slightly so if you step on the cord it won't pull out.The top will be tuned,(aka Mirabella/Benedetto and classic violin style, the neck pocket will be a little deeper,(Blueline),and the neck heel will be rounded inwards for full neck access in the upper ranges."
combine this with a 59n and CustomCustom bridge, lp3way, two 500k push pull pots, a warmoth maple/maple strat/wizard neck, earvana nut, medium jumbo frets, all done in butterscotch with butterscotch ghost flames and a three cross inlay at the 12th fret! (yeah...you could say...i'm g.a.s.sin big time for this!!! :smack: :yell: )

Yes indeed... oh wait Blues Junior? I knew that...

Anyways, I'm extremely happy with my gear right now (as someone on another board said, "the opposite of G.A.S is S.A.G.: Satisfied and Glad"). I would like a mic and a small mixer so I can get back into recording, and I suppose a Strat or Tele could fill some gaps in my tonal palette quite nicely ;).

Re: Post your current GAS

I've never thought before I will like a total stock guitar but at the moment I'm aching (I mean ACHING) for the best $400 axe I've ever played, a black Dean V '79:

Re: Post your current GAS

Do cars count?

If so, I just bought a '94 MR2 Turbo. I need a new pait job (faded on the hood), a set of Gram Light wheels, a Tein RA suspension system, and a ball bearing turbo (same size, just a bit more boost and less lag). This summer I'll definately be going to autocross and open track events. :burnout:
