Re: Post Your Les Paul Picture Thread

Gave it a facelift. Added some cream Duncan Ants and removed the finger-stabbers. My pictures on my kitchen floor with a 10-year-old sometimes broken Powershot pocket camera can't touch the professional pics taken by Wildwood, hopefully it doesn't burst your bubble, LOL. First three pics are with flash, last one without.

How do I get named as a beneficiary in your will again?

Now I can play. 1978 Les Paul Standard.

Wow you got a nice one - 2-piece instead of a 3-piece top and I'm not sure I've ever seen that color burst on a '70s Standard before. Almost looks like the coloring of the old Tal Farlow models from the '60s. Is the neck and peghead bursted too? I love that on the '70s models.

Beauty!

My Epi Gold Top with the cream accents switched out (except the switch tip, but have that now)

Re: Post Your Les Paul Picture Thread

I got another Les Paul about a week ago. It's an Epiphone Les Paul Std Plus Top upgraded with new electronics. All the pots are Gibson with Sprague Orange Drop caps (.022), the jack & 3 way are Switchcraft, the bridge pickup is a Gibson 498T and the neck is a GFS FAT PAT.

Here is my 2011 Ice Tea Traditional - She is totally stock with the exception of the pickup selector switch cover, I wanted a vintage vibe. I am thinking about putting a 498T in the bridge or a 500

It currently is stock, I think it's Shaws.

I have cream plastic, a double cream DD and an Antiquity neck. I might switch the gold to nickel, too.

This is the result of me having started a thread about having to get rid of some Les Pauls just -way- two weeks ago
