If you could help me out by telling me where I can find shareware/freeware program that'll re-size a .jpeg?

Gimp is a good free photo editor, of course it's nowhere near as good as photoshop, but what can you expect for a freebie?

and im running it all through this fender ultra chorus that i bought from my dads boss for $200(good deal!) after i blew up my bass amp........ill be replacing it with an ampeg soon

that's an old pic of the amp...not sure what was on the top of it lol...looks like a few old DOD pedals i never use a few danelectro pedals i never use an MXR i never use, my old samson wireless and my dimebag wah and some strings. I am not much of a pedal user anymore so most of them just collect dust. as for the PUs i am actually pretty pleased with the designed pickups for some reason...but a bit more clarity in the bridge wouldn't be bad so i may swap it out for a JB...not sure yet...alll my other guitars are modded but for some reason i liked this one stock and it became my main guitar...that's a first for me, i tend to mod everyhting hahaha

25.5 Scale, I'm not sure on the radius but the fretboard is flat as hell.
