I'm coming up on a big birthday next month, and I want to commemorate the occasion with a special gear purchase. To this end, I've got a few pieces of gear I'd be willing to part with. If anything here interests you, let me know and we can discuss.
2000 American Standard Strat, Lefty
I keep going back and forth on whether I can bear to part with this guitar or not, and I think that if I had the right motivation I could. It's one of the best Strats I've ever played in terms of tone and feel. Has a set of SD Classic Stacks, Graphtec saddles, and Graphtec nut, but aside from that it's all stock. Currently strung and intonated for right-handed play, so if you want to do the Hendrix thing this would be perfect for you. If you're a lefty, you can easily set this guitar back to standard string orientation by flipping the nut. Condition is 9/10 ... aside from a 1/4" nick in the finish on the back of the neck near the nut, it's pretty flawless. May or may not include Fender hard case, depending on what you're willing to pay. Make me an offer.
BOSS GE-7 w. Monte Allums mods
The mods make the pedal sound cleaner and less noisy when on. If you're looking for an EQ pedal you won't do better than this at any price. I also put in a water clear green LED so that everyone will know you're a cool dude who buys modded pedals. Great pedal, but I have no use for it. $60 OBO
SD Custom 5, black, regular spaced. About 6 or 7 inches of lead left. Used to be covered, so it's in pretty excellent condition having not seen the light of day since it left Santa Barbara. $45 OBO
Line 6 PX-2 9V AC power supply. Works on POD's and the big four-button pedals, probably a few other things. Does NOT work on Tonecore pedals or any other pedal. Check Line 6's site for compatibility info. $20 OBO.
For the three above, I'll include standard parcel post to Canada and the continental US. Anywhere else, please inquire as to the cost.
PEDAL MODS: I have experience modding the following pedals, and can probably help you with yours if you need something done to it:
