Potentiometer values in new ES 335?

Folks,

I looked on the Gibson website, but I could not find the pot values for the recent incarnation of the ES 335 (plain top, gloss finish).

Is there a way to measure it without disassembling the guitar? I'm suspecting they are 300k, but I want to make sure.

Thanks!

Erm, a dental mirror and a torch?

Good idea...I tried but I could not read the values (solder and wires on the back of the pots in the way).

Why would Gibson put 300K pots in a 335?? Haven't measured my old one('85) but they have to be 500k! I just bought a 359 a few years ago & that has the 57 classics in her too. The 57's in this guitar are awesome. Its fast becoming one of my favorite guitars. Stock too!
