Power supply cables

Years ago, when I used a pedalboard, I found some "Y" cables sold by Ibanez that were used for splitting the power supply connection to allow linking multiple stomp boxes to one power supply.

Anybody know where I can find them or a reasonable facsimile?

However, my old RadioShack adapter and Ibanez cables were cheaper.

I use a one spot for three pedals and works great.

I saw mixed reviews on that one. Also, are all of the connections female? Some of my pedals have male connectors.
