Powerstage 200 Broken and Out of Warranty

That's it guys: My Powerstage 200 is bricked. It started making crackling noises and having random volume dropouts. I've tried to diagnose with my college electronic skills and I think I've made it worse. Before at least the power led was turning on, now it's dead. Seems like something off with IC300 which I believe is the regulator(couldn't find a datasheet for its code).
I live in brazil so I don't think there is a tech support here for seymour duncan.

Any help would be much appreciated,
