Price advice

I am going to sell a 2017 Gibson SG standard that is equipped with a Seymour Duncan JB pup in the bridge position and a SD Jazz in the neck, I also put in 4 500K Dunlop super pots and 2 0.022uf caps. It is clean as brand new and does not even have any fretboard finger marks or indents, no serious blemishes or buckle scratches. I have tried to sell this guitar before at the going price for a used SG but got a lot of "flack" about adding new pups and superior electronics "do not increase the value" However I tend to disagree, the pups & electronics I installed sound FAR! better then the original pups, the original pups and "circuit board" (which every gibby I ever owned with this board almost always failed) electronics" will be included. Without the soft case which I will sell separate as used ($150 new) for an extra $100, or should I ask one price with the case??? Please advise on a fair price before I post it for sale. Im new to selling.....

Two things to consider:
1. Aftermarket pickups don't increase resale value much, if at all
2. Gibson pickups are very popular in the used market

The JB/Jazz set only has slightly better resale than the Gibson pickups (depending on what came stock in the SG, the opposite could even be the case). This isn't going to work in your favor here.

Don't include the stock pickups in the sale. Most people would want one set or the other, not both.

Either sell the Gibson pickups separately or revert to the stock pickups and sell the JB/Jazz separately. The latter is probably the best option for maximizing the market for each.

Price the SG based on going sale prices on sites like Ebay, Reverb, etc. As far as the pickups, you say the guitar sounds better, but that is your opinion, not everyone likes the JB, I for one am not a fan of that pickup. If it were me, Id put the original pickups back in and go from there. As said above, changing pickups does not increase the value of the guitar. Look up the cost of the original pickups compared to the Jazz/JB set and I would almost guess the cost of the Gibson pickups are higher than the SD set.

This is the truth. Basically whenever you upgrade a guitar, consider that you are doing that for yourself and don't expect any extra resale value out of it, that is how the market goes. There is just as much, or more, of a market for a stock SG as there is for one with the changes you've made. The guitar is worth what it's going to be worth, and there are those who, as mentioned, prefer the stock pickups, and may not know how to rewire for themselves, so they now have to consider the cost to have it rewired to get to where they want it. I once bought a used Squier Affinity Strat from Guitar Center that someone had put Fender noiseless pickups in for $100, and I turned around and sold the pickups for more than I paid for the entire guitar, and later sold the whole strat off with a cheap set of pickups for about 80% of what I originally paid. Did the same thing with a Dave Mustaine Dean V I got for $59, happened to have Gibson Humbuckers that I sold for a nice profit. But I digress...
The point is, the upgrades are for you to enjoy the guitar, not for the next person, consider them a sunken cost. If you hold out long enough someone may come along that wants that guitar with the exact spec that you have it for the price you want, but you'll probably ahve to wait that out.

Consider yourself lucky that you didn't sell the Gibson pickups yet. I learned this the hard way when I recently posted my Les Paul for sale locally. EVERY reply I got was "do you still have the original pickups?" and I had long since sold them (for more than a set of Duncans cost new).

Plus if you like the JB/Jazz you can keep them for another guitar.

i usually "notice" SG Standards in the $800 - $850 range with a hard case. I don't notice / look at them if they are going for more than this.
