Problem swapping pickups, not wiring related (different trembucker levels?)

Ok the sound is not the problem. It's gorgeous... This pickup is a sleeper and totally underrated. But it IS a trembucker/F spaced and yet... Well the polepieces aren't where they should be. Has it happened to anyone, and what's the cause? What to do?

EDIT: The JT6 Floyd Rose has a standard spacing. I just learnt... Well I ****ed up badly on this. All my bad.

All you can do is swap it out for a standard spaced pickup. Well, you "could" change the trem to a real Floyd Rose but that would be more expensive.

if the pup sounds fine and you arent having string to string balance issues, i wouldnt worry about it.

if the e or b strings (or some other one) isnt ringing as loud as the others try raising the pole piece under those strings. if that doesnt work, time to get that new pup
