Problem With Effect Loops... Help Please@

i' TRYIN G TO USE THE ME-50 EFFECT BY THE EFFECT LOOPS OF MY TSL100 HALF STACK, BUT WHEN I PRESS THE FX BOTTOM, IT MAKE THE SOUND GOES DOWN noticeably AND I WOULD LIKE TO FIX THIS THING UP

note: I'm not using OD/DIST with or in the effect loops...

You just need to set the levels for the ME-50 and/or the FX loop. I don't own an ME-50, but you are experiencing normal operation of a typical effects unit. Check the manual for where you set all the levels in your patches.
