Problem with string going out of tune

I have an ibanez 450dx with low-trs II trem and the G string keeps going out of tune. I don't use the tremolo, I have it blocked, and anytime I do a string bend the string goes immediately flat. Anybody have an idea why this is happening? Could there be a problem with the saddle? This same problem occurred when I used to actually use the floyd as well, and I lubricated the saddle where the string sits. I'm thinking it's either the tuner or the saddle that's the problem. Is there any way to tell? thanks.

Re: Problem with string going out of tune

It could be the nut slot is too tight also. A simple way to open the nut slot is to take a piece of string and slide it back ang fourth in the nut slot. Essentially you are using a piece of guitar string like a file. If you have a very thin gauge of a wound string this works better. You can do the same thing on the saddle. The other thing that can be causing thisa is the way you are restringing the guitar. Do you lock the string in place?
