Problems reading schematics...

I just finished THIS pedal:
http://diy.musikding.de/berichte/eff/daslineal/bilder/layoutlpb.jpg but it doesn't work... I'm 99% sure it's the inputs/outputs that I didn't wire correctly. Could anyone tell me which go where please...?

Mono jack is THIS one:

I got these... What I meant is I didn't know which lug to use for which on the input/output. This doesn't help much to be honest, I already studied it.

EDIT: By JOVE! You were right. I had inversed the tip and ring on the stereo output. Thanks so much dude!

Davey, that is a clean boost pedal. 25 euros shipped with casing. All I need a knob. I'll get a custom made one that goes to 11

sounds cool .. why a boost though? amp not loud enough? LOL

It brings out more volume only if placed just before the poweramp. If I place it in front of the preamp, it brings out more gain and tightness. Like so many people do with tubescreamers and Boss SD1s They set it to clean boosts.
