Problems with the JB Humbucker...

I actualy got a pair of Humbucker in my strat JB on bridge and a Jazz one on neck, and it sound great, awesome...
but I buy a knew guitar "Ibanez s470dxqm In mahogany and it came with a ceramic humbucker in the neck, single in middle and a humbucker in bridge (alnico V) and I change the bridge one to a Jb (sh-4) and what I found is a sound too bright, I found that the factory P up sound better (more balance) I don't under stand why 'cause both of them are alnico V the unique difference are that the factory Pick up came with allen screws in high side of it and the sh-4 (JB) came with regular screw

what can i do to get the best sound of the mahogany wood?
(right know it sound too bluesy and I put the JB looking for something like the Dave Mustaine sound of megadeth, it alomost got it but sound kinda bluesy)

Is it too bright or too bluesy? I tend to put those sounds at the opposite end of the spectrum- I wouldn't call the JB a pure shred pup, I see is as a blues/rock/metal pup that just happens to have good eliments for each- It's not as 'powerful' as it looks, a lot of the energy goes into the midrange spike and the tight bass mean that it can be bright or even underpowered if you are all metal-

All that is to say, teh JB tends to be a very verisitlile pup in mahoganey and it's very adjustment sensitive- If it's too bright back of the treble side a turn at a time and see if this helps-

MY JB is in a MAPLE nitfly so I have the treble side lowrered considerably-

the sound in chord sound very clear but I was expecting another kind of sound in compare with the strat (alder) there's almost any difference in sound and I still like more the sound of strat with that P up (JB) in the bridge

the only thing that I notice in the Ibanez (mahoghany wood) is more chord clarity, but the factory alnico V is more balances, I keep asking my self why 'cause both of them are Alnico V...

Even though your guitar is mahogany, the skinnly neck, small body, and floating trem will make it sound brighter and thinner than an average strat.

I would suggest going with something from Duncan's Parallel Axis line. They are specifically designed to make guitars like yours sound bigger and fatter.

Check the pots. JB's work best with 250k pots, 500k makes 'em too bright.

Duncan's Parallel Axis line. What is the recomendation for this Pup ( music style, I like metal, but I like make stuff too)

I think that they're all aimed squarely at the hard rock/metal sound. There's the BLues model for players looking for a pickup with medium output, the Original PA for players seeking medium/high output, and the PA Distortion, which is one of the hottest pickups in Duncan's lineup.
