PRS Archon 25 vs Hughes & Kettner Tubemeister 18

Ive currently got a tubemeister and im looking into the archon. What are the differences with the gain? Im looking to generally understand the gain character of the archon.

Amps ive played:

friedman runt 20
friedman be-50 deluxe
evh 5153 (6L6 and el34 versions)
6505/5150 (combo version and the 6505 mh as well)
laney ironheart studio (rackmount)
pretty much every high gain option in the axe fx 2

Dunno but I liked their (overpriced) contract-manufactured SE amps.... good range of tones there, like a better, higher-end valveking or something

Might also want to look at the MT 15 from PRS. Runs a pair of 6L6's instead of the customary EL 84's in that power range and have some KILLER tones. Price is really attractive also at around $650.

You should consider the Mini Rectifier. In my experience the Mini smokes the Tubemeister 18. I have no experience with the MT15 though.
