PRS Pickups in Epi Les Paul

Would there be any problem in putting PRS pickups in an Epiphone Les Paul Standard? This may be a dumb question. I assume all passive humbuckers have no problem working within that guitar, but I thought I should ask.
In detail I'm thinking of maybe placing Mark Tremonti's sig PRS pups in the guitar.
These, Duncan's and EMG's are all similarily priced in my area. I just have to decide which tone works best for me.

ya they'll work, but the color code for the wires will be different than with other pups
