Anyone have any experience/input with the PRS Dragon/HFS bridge pickups and any suggestions for neck? Can I throw a Duncan in the neck and still have it fit under pickup covers? I don't know much about that stuff.

Yes the duncans will fit fine or at least my custom did. I don't know what neck sound your seeking but I'm about to replace my dragon II neck with a full shred neck.
