That's exactly correct. Assuming you don't want to use the old pups again.

Actually, you could, but it would mean extending those cut wires.

It would be easier as most of my pickups are cut a little short as I've never needed to use any wire to he cavity (pots, vol) so they all got swapped in the pickup cavity for the last 50 years.
I owe you one, if ever it comes up. I'll close this thread tomorrow.

Hi Artie and anyone reading his.
I sent pics to Artie of a Seth connected to the hot and ground of he neck Vol pot. Both PRS and Seth worked at the same time. Just gotta decide where to cut, neck cavity or big cavity. Zebra, Cover, etc. Hope you all can see what I did. Anyway, thanks to Artie it wound up being as easy as what I am used to!
