Yeah when I read that the Stealth had a much sharper edge I had to go with it. I'm really enjoying it for solos or lead work, but for rhythms it feels a little clunky still. Something I'm sure I could get over with time. I can't seem to gel with the Sunrise just yet but I already want to try a polished Stealth with the elliptical hole.

I've tried just about all the combinations, and I was using the polished Stealths with the elliptical hole for a while. But I'm switching to polished with Wave etching instead of the hole... that seems to give me the little bit of extra grittiness I like without the distraction of the hole. Some people think the Wave treatment is just cosmetic, but that's not the case. BTW, the one other pick in Gravity's lineup with that knife edge bevel is the Edge, which has a more traditional shape.
