Man that reminded me in parts of 80's Yes, Wishbone Ash, Cream, mid-period Rush and some other stuff I can't put my finger on...Sweet! The added rockiness was great Nice "in-your-face"/upfront mix too...I'd love to hear this one as a finished tune..

Huh, it's neat to see other people who are as big of nerds as I am about both music and books! That's cool how you draw influence from that stuff. I'm a big Poe fan as well. And you clearly know your stuff about music. Huge respect!
