Pup ID help plz. Sticker 5R s/c

I emailed SDs but didn't get a definitive answer.

Strat s/c
13.6k
tiny white square sticker on rear says '5R'
staggered dowels
black cover
Black cover with white print logo
base is eccentric where leads connect
leads r thin plastic black/white.

I have been told SSL eqivalent BUT I see -
not oval
no 6k tap wire.
I have searched the pre 2002 stickers key.
Is this an early pup & SD simplt fail to define relevant stats/designation?
