I have a mid 70's Musicmaster bass with the original pickup. I need to update the sound and decided on using the SCPB-3. My question is, how will the pods (volume and tone) impact/filter the sound.
Am I putting a new engine in the car but bad gas in the tank? i.e...do I need to replace the pods as well?
