Pups for Classic player 60s MIJ Stratocaster

Hello everybody!!
This is my first post here. I would like your advice.I bought a MIJ Stratocaster a couple of months ago. It’s classic player 60s and it comes with 3 single cool ceramic pickups 5.29k each.
My problem is that even though I really like the sound of this guitar there is something I want to change.

What I like:
it’s the warm low output with the subtle ceramic characteristics. It’s as vintage as I was looking for, suiting great this guitar.

What I want to change:
when I’m using my 15w transistor Marshall everything is ok but when I’m using my Mark IV highs are really annoying. In a few words I like the tone and wave characteristics of those pups but I want something of better quality for equipment with more precision.

Question No1. Is it possible to fix the annoying highs by replacing pots and caps?

Question No2. I consider the following pups combos and I would like to hear which would be better for the tone I seek. (Bridge/middle/neck)
A. SSL5-SSL1-SSL1
B. SSL5-SSL1-Little59
C. Lil pearly gates- ssl5- lil59
D. Fender CS69
E. Fender fat50s

Welcome to the forum.

You can turn your volume down on the guitar which dulls the full sound. Or turn down the tone which cuts highs above a certain point. Or to darken things with your knobs full you can go to a larger tone cap or put a resistor across your output jack. Finally, it is possible to go to 200k pots.

If you're gonna get new pickups it's best to wait on changing your controls tho. Those seem like good schemes. Just decide if you want all true single coils or sc size hbs. I've tried both and like both. Scs are more glassy if you don't already know and sc size hbs are more gainy and punchy.
