Pups for mahogany V

It's a mahogany body/neck, rosewood board, tune-o-matic/string thru V. I'm wanting to try something a little different than what I normally use (high output stuff), maybe Pearly Gates, or a pair of '59s. I've heard Vs have a different tone than their more traditionally shaped brethren. Any advice?

I've got a Full Shred in the bridge of my V. The neck is an old Gibson Super Humbucker. Sounds pretty good to me.

I 2nd the full shred!!!! Great bucker!!!!!! Its different than other Duncans but, Its a really good different!!!!!
