Push/Pull Pot Question...?

Not sure how you plan to mimic the wiring when the solder lug layout is different. But following the numbering consider that your current pot is wired to the equivalent of 3 and C2, so you would have to make sure the black wire goes to 3 and the white wire goes to C2.

But essentially mimicking the path & destinations, as I gather them to be, & you affirmed, should do it.... I would think the 6 pin layouts to be identical...??
Thnx....

The DPDT functions are identical and the two rows of three on the new one do correspond to the two rows of three on the old.
On the new one these terminals are connected to the labeled holes closer to the knob, for easy soldering.
As beaubrummels said you'll want to use the holes labeled 3 and C2.

Those CTS p/p pots are so easy to wire up. Connections and function are exactly like the Alpha/import/metric p/p pot. Note that the CTS p/p pot uses a different spline on the shaft and you will need new/different knobs to fit.
