Push/Pull Wiring Question...

I would just use one side of the switch and put the neck pickup hot on the center lug and the volume hot on the upper lug near the pot casing, then down is normal and up puts the neck on no matter what.

Thnx Beau.... Would that hold up for my 1-V, 1-T setup? This p/p will also be my Tone.... I don't get it yet....:sad:
Here's my typical setup,, Master Vol & Master Tone......,,, The p/p will be my sole tone... is what i want even possible?

The push-pull switch part is completely separate from the tone. They are just housed on the same pot shaft. Pot part is wired as a normal tone, nothing to do with the switch. And the switch is wired however you need and doesn't affect the tone.
Of course it's possible.
The white wire from your neck pup goes to the middle lug of your p/p (what you have labeled as #3 in your pic) INSTEAD of to the 5-way switch.
The wire that you have labeled as #2 in your pic goes to the input of your vol pot in addition to the wire coming from the 5-way..
Put a wire on the lower lug of the p/p and go to the 5-way selector switch where the neck pup would normally be connected.
The pot portion of your p/p is wired as a normal tone pot.
Then when the p/p is in the down position your guitar switching will work as normal...all 5 positions of the 5-way switch work as usual.
When the p/p is in the up position the neck pup is on all the time in addition to what your 5-way is selecting.
