Got a possible trade offer for my Engl Powerball II on another forum. It's a PWE EH3. I remember being VERY interested in the Event Horizon when it debuted several years ago, but it's a pretty rare beast (around here anyways) and I've never even seen one in person, much less play it.
Anyone here played or owned one? Specifically the EH3, but any PWE input is welcome. I'm reading that they're a lot like the Bogner XTC in many ways. And that's not a bad deal, since I'm wanting to go back to a Shiva/XTC type of amp versus a hi-gain/metal amp. I like the built-in attenuator that I'm reading about on the EH3. That would be a definite plus.
