Quarter ound Strat phase trouble? Please help.........

Hello gentlemen! (course I use that term loosely) I just finished wiring up a Warmoth Strat with a Duncan SM-1N mini humbucker neck, Duncan RW quarter pound middle, and a SM3B Mini Humbucker bridge. 5 way switch. Everything is fine EXCEPT positions 2 and 5 sound thin and harsh. Can I just switch the wires on the QPound or do I need a different pickup? I do happen to have a non rw Quarter pound here too.

Please advise!!!!

2 and 5? Do you mean 2 and 4? If so, yes, just reverse the QP wires. You won't need new pickups to make it sound right.
