Question about a SD wiring diagram, namely Phase switching and Series/Split/Parallel.

Good Afternoon,

I would like to ask a question and I apologize if it has been asked before.

I was just looking at the wiring diagram for the Phase switching and Series/Split/Parallel for humbucker.

By looking at the diagram it seems that the diagram is designed for one pickup operation.

Could someone please tell me (or better yet.. show me...LOL) regarding the Series/Split/Parallel DPDT switch how can it be wired so that the Series/Split/Parallel DPDT switch acts as a master control for both pickups.

Thank you very much.

Greg

Simple answer, it can't. Series/parallel requires both poles of a DPDT, (double-pole/double-throw switch). You would need a 4PDT switch to do both pups with one physical switch. And those, are expensive. I mean, the on-on-on version so as to do series/split/parallel. If you just want series/parallel, a more common 4PDT on-on switch will do the job.
