When I dump the bar on my floyd rose, the low e and g string seem to get way looser than the rest of the strings. What I mean by this is that they lift up more out of the saddles than the rest of the strings do. Is there a certain reason for this?
Yes. The Low e and G have the thickest cores, and as a result are most susceptible to changes in tension. Esp. massive changes such as those introduced by divebombing
