Ok,
I am a new Dean Guitars dealer and I just got my first shipment in. The 79 series have "decent" stock pickups, but they tend to get a little muddy. I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with these guitar and upgrading to Duncans. I am a Dimarzio dealer too, so you can give that preference too, but I sell 100 to 1 Duncans to Dimarzio so, I dont stock anything other than duncans.
I have a V, Z, and a ML...
Also I got a Hardtail Select in, and the pups in it are the exact opposite. they are almost tinny sounding, like a set of 59s gone wrong. Anyone have any experience with these?
I will be happy to post guitar porn if you want
