Question about wiring 2 Conductor humbuckers on a 5 way switch?

So just this week I finally got my dream guitar, an early '87 RG550. It has some DiMarzio PAF Pros in it right now, they sound pretty good, but I have a Duncan Custom shop '78 that I really want to put in the guitar, but the pickup has 2 Conductor wire on it. I'm thinking of pairing this with a Duncan '59 neck which also has 2C wire. Does anyone know how to or if it's possible to wire 2 conductor humbuckers on a 5 way switch? If I'm thinking about this correctly, the 2nd and 4th positions should have the single coil and full series neck or bridge 'bucker, instead of splitting them, right? Or is this impossible? Thanks!

Yes, it will be the humbucker plus the middle pickup. There’s no reason to split humbuckers unless you want to hum cancel with the middle pickup. I just use three hum canceling pickups.

Okay, awesome, thanks. I don't really care for the sound of the split humbucker with the single coil anyhow.
