quick question? is the Duncan designed HB101n any good ?

Re: quick question? is the Duncan designed HB101n any good ?

I'm gonna guess that you will find some that do, and some that don't. I have 2 HB-102b (JB). One sounds exactly like a JB, the other sounds like poop. My HB-102n sounds almost exactly like a Jazz.

The HB-101 was patterned after the Seymour Duncan SH-1 '59 Model™ humbucker set. It uses an Alnico 5 magnet and winding spec based on the revered 1955 - 1960 Gibson P.A.F.

You got it. They're exactly like all the other imported gear. What's funny about my HB-102s is that the crappy sounding bridge model came in a guitar with the really good sounding neck model :)

I had a HB102N that came stock on one of my guitars and it lasted about three days before I got rid of it.
