IIRC, it cost me approx $50.00 to ship a plastic Fender HSC.

I used FedEx Ground.

Meh, I took it off ebay. I had a Strat case but it is one of those anniversary style ones that are enormous and I put it up for $60 BIN. I figured that was too low. I might spend more on shipping then what I get for it.

USPS. Shouldnt cost more than 20-25 bucks.

Best thing to do is get some measurments of the box you will be sending it in and a shipment weight. USPS, Fed Ex, UPS etc. all have shipment calculators so you can get a pretty close to exact estimate.

Shipping an entire guitar in a hard case used to be about $30 but that was a while ago. I haven't shipped just a case recently but I'm guessing it's about the same price.
