Quick Wiring Question...

Greetings all... On my Strats, i typically send the output of my single tone pot to the middle lug on my Volume then to the output jack (50's?), but if I decide to put a treble bleed across the 2 available volume lugs, will it affect the way I have my tone to middle Vol lug? Thnx

My guess is it would make the tone seem less effective when the volume is turned down by any amount. I'm basing that on the fact that the treble bleed is passing treble while the volume is cutting the rest, then the tone is acting on that changed signal, trying to pass the treble to ground at a specific corner frequency and leave the lows. If the corner frequency of the tone control is high, then the increased treble in the signal from the treble bleed may leave you with a high-mid spike that the treble bleed passed and the corner frequency of the tone isn't low enough to cut. But that is a guess - you really have to try it to find out what exactly it's going to do. The specific values of all the components will make a big difference in what actually happens.

OK,,,, but the question remains, can my typical connection of the Tone's Output Lug still go to Middle Lug of the Volume pot, or what I believe to be called 50's wiring?

Yes. Treble bleed is (somewhat) independent of 50's wiring. There will always be some interaction.
