I've had one of these for years. Never used it for electric but its seen heavy use for acoustic guitar and vocals. Rock solid, sounds great. Looks like a decent rebate for a few more days.

I have a roland sde-2500, works great. I use my dd-2 more though, but the sde2500 does do more. It has modulation, and if I use it, I set it up as part of a wet/dry rig and use it as a chorus. It also has a SICK flanger sound. It's my favorite delay, but it's kinda 80's sounding lol.

Depends what type of delay you like, pristine or warm.

I use a Quadraverb GT with my Marshall TSL. Programming the damn thing is a pain in the ass but you can do some interesting things with it. It's a lot of bang for the buck as you can usually find them dirt cheap. I also use a nanoverb in the loop of my Recto for reverb.
