re-pickuping another double neck. Here's what I got, make some suggestions

Got a cherry red Agile Valkyrie double neck, mahogany body (3 piece I think), maple necks, rosewood boards. Let me know what you think for the neck and for the bridge. For the 12, I'd like a hot overdriven, but not quite distortion tone for dirt, and sparkly cleans. If you're familiar with Jimmy Page's tone on The Song Remains The Same live, that's what I want. The six, I wanna be able to do hard rock to classic metal, and maybe even some drop D more modern chugga tones. If that's not possible, then classic rock/metal. I can't buy anything, so let me know your favs from the list below. I'm installing a mini toggle to do the in/out of phase thing on the 12, and I'll be installing new pots (250k). I only care about splitting the neck pickup on the six string, if at all.

Bridge pickups
Custom Shop double row of gold screws Custom Custom, single conductor (black). I have magnets to make any Custom I want.
JB (black), can be split
Older Dimarzio Super Distortion (zebra), can be split
APH-I (black) can be split
Duncan HB112B (described as growl of the Distortion, tightness of Full Shred. 16K)

Neck pickups
Custom Shop double row of gold screws APH 1-N, single conductor (black)
Dimarzio Eric Johnson, can be split (black)
Dimarzio Super II, can be split (black)

My thoughts are (six) Super Distortion bridge and Super II neck, and (twelve) APH-I bridge and EJ neck.

Some people don't like the thick mids and soft bass of the CC in mahogany. I love the CC in an alder SuperStrat though. But if you can switch magnets, you aren't stuck with one sound. You might like the Custom more in mahogany, with an A2P in the neck. Still, for the 12 string, I'd go with a WLH set and be done with it.
