tonewise it just sounded too dark and muddy to me til the end at least, but then all of a sudden it ended :laugh2:
I still think you should work on cleaner fingering, but your little improvs are getting more structured, and this is less cluttered than a lot of things you've claimed aren't
But seriously, how tough is the action on that thing?
...btw, since I'm recording with a ****ty $5 computer mic into a laptop, how do you go "directly into a usb", and what program do you use to record over your backing track?

i haven't actually measured the action....but it's pretty low...for me at least.
it is using 12-something with a wound G...i agree it was muddy but it was done in two takes total. i was happy with that take so i decided to not try and redo it. i think it was mostly the tone.
