I recently acquired a Hammond L-Series Organ, and I was thinking with the line out that I could put it through a rotary sim and a guitar amp.

Yes, the Lester looks cool. G for Guitar and K for Keyboard.
The other two top of the line ones are the Neo Ventilator and the H&K Rotosphere.

The problem is, I am on a budget, after getting my slightly broken iPad repaired, which is $330 AUD, I probably will only have at least $260 AUD to spend on a rotary sim pedal.

Line 6 RotoMachine is a discontinued one that you can pick up pretty cheap. Not as good as the others, but it does the rotary sound thing. It's a little over the top, especially on the fast settings, but you can see some demos online. It's actually the pedal that I have, I pair it with my POG for organ type tones.

Check this unit out from Nu-X. I've used all of the high-end costly units with my keyboards (Lex, Neo, etc) but for under $100-150, this sim is darn close as the previously mentioned. Works great on guitar too..
