The PAF PRO probably has more in common with the Chopper, than it does with the Pro Track.
The PAF PRO voicing may be like the Pro track, but the Pro track is too smooth as it lacks harmonics and bite.
I recommend the Chopper with 250k volume control. However it wont sound quite as big as the full size PAF PRO, so its not really a true substitute.

A Chopper T in a Telecaster and played without a pick, yes.
