Recommend me a tube amp head!!!

Hey, I am looking for a tube amp head, preferably not some huge name brand, but I am looking to maybe venture into some small homemade brands...And I don't mean boutique, I just mean small brands with good tones...

I'm not sure what I want as far as wattage, somewhere between 20 and 60 I guess...I don't want it to break up early, and I don't want it to be on 10 to sound good...

The sound I want? Smooth...Jazz and jam.

No channel switching needed, one channel (obviously clean) is fine...I also want reverb...I am not a knob twiddler, so all I want is basically:
volume, tone, reverb, on/off, and an output jack...

The cab I have is an Avatar 212 (V30/G12H30)...

I don't know what to go for as far as price, obviously the cheaper the better, maybe around $400.

hey dont mean to sound like a dolt but is that a matchless copy?

i know someone that had a matchless clubman (right name??) copy and it was nice, great clean jangly sound...

maybe a deluxe reverb reissue??
i think seafoamer was selling one at a great value.

Well I already have a Hot Rode Deluxe, so i dont want another fender type amp...

Im looking for lots of headroom, and no gain or overdrive channel is fine!

Someone said that the new Traynors (6L6 AND EL-34 versions) are going to be available as heads this coming year. Maybe check those out when they're available.

Peavey Classic 50 and 100 heads with EL-84's are pretty cool for low dollars too.

Fender Twins are supposed to be really clean and really loud...early break-up won't be a problem.
