Recommend me an amp/bridge pick-up

I play alternative/indie music, bonded with a piano. I'm looking for an amp that provides warm/clean distortion and pure cleans....which sounds like the perfect amp. I do not want harsh distortion or cutting highs, because i am more rhythm. Is there a specific amp that is perfect for my music?

Also, the JB is too harsh for my kind of music. Although it does rock and i love playing with it. Is there a bridge pick-up that is able to provide warm/bassy cleans but can switch to a smooth distortion/overdrive.

I know im kinda asking a lot...but you guys know a lot more than I/ or any store clerk.

for a very smooth clean and distorted sound try a set of seth lovers or aniquitys. for an amp id suggest some kind of fender tube amp with a modded turbo tube screamer or SD-1 in front of it.

well, it doesn't get much warmer than a mesa mark IV

i, aswell as most other people, think fender cleans are the best, but in the bridge position they tend to be really chimey, if you switch to neck it obviously warms it up though

so i guess my reccomendation is find a neck pickup you want for cleans, and then keep the JB for dirt if you like it

perhaps some alnico II pro humbuckers (assuming youre using hum's) or some alnico II pro single coils if youre using a strat. They are super smooth and incredible.
