The Seth is unpotted, which might cause feedback problems with high volumes and gain. personally, I've never had a problem with my Seths in a semi hollow and I run 100 watts in stereo with plenty of gain.

You can get gold covers stock on a Seth, but you will have to special order them on a Custom, if I'm not mistaken.
like Mail Order or can I just ask me local SD dealer?

Contact Wymore Guitars, Martinsixstringcustoms, or Lew here on the forum. They are all Duncan dealers. I have personally dealt with John @ Wymore ,

You can like anything DUNCAN, DIMARZIO, FRALIN etc etc as much as you want

BUT NOTHING BLOWS the 57 CLASSIC or BB's OUT OF THE WATER. They are AMAZING pickups! Have any preference you wish, but you cannot blow away something of that quality. I only opt not to use them because I do not feel like having them converted to 4 conductor, and some of my guitars can't take long posts. Gibson does not do custom pickup orders (or its murder to get it done if it exists, cuz I sure couldn't get them). Otherwise Gibsons are great and would work wonders with the CC.
