Refin Begins

Re: Refin Begins

Finally got some time to get it good enough to start the clearing/sanding process to get this baby smooth. I will not be using this paint again. [emoji21]

Is that a slug?

Hey man looks ok, I have a few products i wont be using again too. Only way to learn really is by testing them.

Re: Refin Begins

out of curiosity, did you allow sufficient time for the paint/lacquer/whatever to cure hard before starting the wet sanding process?

Oh definitely, if this were proper paint. As I mentioned in a earlier post its grafitti paint so sanding is not really a part of that art. I just liked the colors offered and gave it a shot. I think it'll be fine after I clear and sand enough to get it nice and smooth and shiny. I'm a rattle can specialist. Not meaning anything other than that's what I have experience with. And along with that, the knowledge that patiently sanding is my best friend.

Some you sand through the paint and sometimes you sand through your hand.
