So I took off the old, non-original tweed covering off my 1960 gibson explorer amp. I've sanded it down but need to use something to get off the last of the adhesive residue. Can somebody out there recommend what they used to strip/remove old adhesive. I've included a pic of the the top and bottom of the cabinet to show what's left. I've sanded it all with 60 and 100 grit paper.
Thanks,
Matt
PS- Strangely, the top is plywood but the rest of the cabinet is wood.
